Inhabitable Territories - Publications
The publications and atlases produced each semester form a central body of work within the Inhabitable Territories research and teaching framework. Developed through collective fieldwork, analysis, and drawing, these publications document unplanned and liminal urban territories across diverse geographical contexts. Each atlas focuses on a specific type of threshold, translating site observations into analytical maps, drawings, and narratives that reveal spatial structures, patterns of use, and processes of transformation. Conceived as both pedagogical tools and research outputs, these collective publications extend the seminar’s investigations and contribute to broader discussions on urban inhabitation, representation, and alternative design methodologies.
